Q. Will the company provide referrals and
references?
A. Yes - we have one of the largest reference
lists in the Tri-City area in all phases of
remodeling. We will provide this list on
request.
Q. Does the company warranty their work?
A. We provide warranties on workmanship for
remodeling for 3 year, siding 10 years, vinyl
windows 10 years, shingled roofs 10 years,
rubber roofs 5 years, and seamless gutters 2
years. Manufacturers also provide
warranties on their products
Q. Who will do the
actual work?
A. Our Employees. All of our crew leaders have
been with us for at least 2 years. They
have complete knowledge of the task at hand and
the ability to maintain a clean, safe job site
while finishing in a timely manner.
Q. Should I expect
to pay a deposit?
A. Yes - We usually require a 30% deposit.
While this does not cover the cost of doing
business, it provides a good faith agreement for
scheduling and material ordering purposes.
Final payment is expected when the job is
completed.
